The troll-themed Troll Town, a non-fungible token (NFT) collection has appeared as a “1 Free Mint project”. Most of these types of NFT collections have declined rapidly after launch. Still, during the end of May and the start of June, collections like Goblintown.wtf have started out as Free-Mint projects and soared in price floors, some even reaching 6 Ethereum per NFT.
One of the most recent projects has caused a quite bit of stir, namely Troll Town wtf. The project has in less than 24 hours amassed a social media following of over 70,000 and has even been trending all over Twitter in Morocco, UAE, and Lebanon.
The collection’s social media presence rise has been particularly interesting since it is being rumored on a well-connected team behind some of the most successful launches in NFT history. A strong conviction in the project is that key leaders in the space like Kevin Susanto, Taylor Caniff, and many other celebrities have already collaborated and vouched for the mysterious Trolls.
Trolltown is scheduled to mint on Sunday 5 PM UTC. As of now, the project boasts 1 free mint, an upcoming community treasury that will redistribute trolltown tokens to people who mint 3 NFTs, a land sale, and mutational elixirs. A strong conviction for a rising floor price. However, as the NFT markets are incredibly volatile, investors should be cautious as always.
